How much does Lamp Lighters Hockey Company charge for shipping?

Shipping is FREE on all items in our store. Yes Shipping is FREE.

 

What countries do you ship to and what currency is your store in?

Lamp Lighters Hockey Company ships to Canada and USA. Our store is priced in CA (Canadian Dollars). If you are in USA and placing an order with Lamp Lighters, the prices will be automatically converted at the current exchange rate on your card or PayPal after making your purchase.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Our store accepts American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa, and most Debit Cards.

 

How long will shipping take and can I track my order?

Packages ship out 1-5 days after your order is placed. Canadian and US holidays may cause slight delays.  Canadian orders are shipped using Canada Post, and US orders using USPS. We will send you a shipping email providing you with a tracking number giving you the ability to track your order online.

 

I have received my package but the products I received have an issue, what do I do?

If we made a mistake please send us an email at support@lamplightershockey.ca and we will take care of it immediately. We ask that you have a photo of the item ready for us so we can work with our manufacturer to prevent an issue like this from happening in the future. We remind you that we only accept claims within 30 days of delivery, so do notify us ASAP please.
